A New Tension Control System

张力控制是我国塑料、钢带、纸张、感光材料、印刷、丝织等工业生产中一项亟待解决的重要技术.作者研制了采用磁粉制动器作为张力控制器,本文着重介绍张力自动控制方案和信息反馈等.

Based on the analysis of various kinds of the factors which affect tension,this paper proposes a new scheme of using the magnetic powder brake to a tension control system.The tension properties and the performance of the system are analysed.It has been proved in practical applications that the tension is stable and easily adjusted.
