两种血液分析仪检测性能评价及结果对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较分析Sysmex SF-3000与Beckman-coulter Ac.T5Diff两台全自动血液分析仪的性能及检测结果,为临床正确解读血液分析仪检测结果提供参考依据。方法应用SF-3000与Ac.T 5Diff两台血液分析仪检测26份血标本,并采用SPSS 10.0软件对白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白及血小板结果进行统计学分析。结果SF -3000检测的各项参数指标的CV<5%,AC.T 5Diff检测的各项参数指标的CV<4%。两台仪器四个参数的携带互染率均<1%。两台仪器检测的各项参数指标相关性密切(r>0.992)。结论两台血液分析仪的各方面性能良好,能满足临床需要。 Objective To evaluate the results and effects of SF3000 full- automatic blood analysis instrument and AC^+T 5Diff full- automatic blood analysis instrument. Methods Anticoagulative peripheral bloods of 26 Samples were detennined by two full - automatic blood analysis instruments respectively. The results of WBC, RBC, H6 and PLT were analyzed by the software of SPSS 10.0. Results The precision of inter- batch with SF3000 full - automatic blood analysis instrument was over 95%, and the AC. T 5Diff's was over 96%. The interference rate among different samples was below 1%. The correlation coefficient (r) was over 0.992. Collusion Two full- automatic blood analysis instruments could completely satisfy clinical demands.
