川白芷地上部分组织学研究

A Histological Study on the Overground Parts of Chuanbaizhi

目的对川白芷地上部分的组织学特征进行系统研究。方法采用生药学常规方法徒手切片、表面制片。使用显微描绘镜绘制组织图,同时对部分显微特征进行了显微摄影。结果找出了川白芷茎、叶组织上的主要鉴别特征。茎主要从非腺毛、皮层厚角组织、维管束的排列、木质部纤维束的位置以及分泌道的分布等方面进行鉴别;叶主要从非腺毛、气孔、主脉维管束的类型、排列及分泌道的分布等进行鉴别。结论为川白芷地上部分的进一步研究和开发提供依据。

Objective To study histological characters of the overground parts of Chuanbaizhi. Methods By using routine methods of pharmacognosy such as freehand section and surface slice, to observe the microscopic characters of the leaves and stems of Chuanbaizhi. Microscopic pictures were drawn under microscope. While, some microscopic pictures for some parts were took. Results The main identification characteristics of the leaves and stems of Chuanbaizhi were found out. Conclusion The study provide bases for further research and explaitation of the overground parts of Chuanbaizhi.
