摘要
通过对面点制作劳技课教学环节的归纳,总结出“趣、演、做、比”四个教学环节,希望以此探索出科学、合理的劳技课教学模式。
Aiming at searching for scientific and logical manual skill course teaching model. this article summarizes four points of manual skill course teaching of dim sum making, namely interest, demonstration, conduction, comparison.
