静置及水平转动条件下黄豆微波干燥实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨了微波干燥过程的均匀性。采取不同装载量,分析比较了微波场中黄豆在转动及静置状态下的干燥特性。水平转动使黄豆处于更加均匀的微波场中,且爆裂率较低(<10%)。黄豆的干燥速率与单位质量占有的微波功率成正比。 This paper investigates the microwave field uniformity during drying process. Under different loadings, the drying kinetics of soybeans was discussed through comparing the drying processes under static and moving states. By horizontally moving the bottom-supporting plate, soybean can be more evenly radiated by microwave, and smaller soybean cracking rate was observed (lower than 10%). The drying rate of soybean is proportional to the unit microwave power exposed.
