摘要
社会保障是现代国家最重要的社会经济制度之一。本文拟通过对建国初期社会保障制度的基本内容、历史作用的探讨,以期为有中国特色社会保障制度的建立和完善,提供有益的启示和借鉴。
Social Security is one of the most important social economic syestem in modem country. The paper probes to the social security system＇ s basic contents and historical effect during the initial stage of new China in order that it gives enlighten and reference to Chinese characteristic social security system.
