The paper analyzes the situation of and problems confronting college supervisor team. The author argues to apply career planning theory to strengthen construction of college supervisor team. That is, to intensively relate supervisors＇ career target to college＇ s development goal can ensure individual＇ s all-around development as well as construct a stable college supervisor team.
