本文着重总结了“八五”期间我国水产品流通工作取得的成就及经验，指出当前水产品流通运行平稳，交易方式向高层次发展，市场管理步入法制化轨道，国有水产商贸企业改革得到加强。同时，剖析了仍然存在的薄弱环节。

The paper sums up the achievements gained by the circulation work of fisheries products in our country during the period of the eigth five years and experience, and points out that at present the circulation of fisheries products is operating steadily, the modality of trade develops towards higher level, market management steps into the track of legal system and the reform of stateowned fisheries trade enterprises are strengthened. At same time, it analyzes existing weak links and puts forward the suggestion on the guiding thought for fisheries products circulation work and the tasks for the near future.
