摘要
职教师范教育是职教教师专业化发展的重要阶段,这个阶段需要明晰职教师范生的角色定位,仔细分析职教教师的专业化结构,从理论教学和实训教学等方面开展职前职教教师的专业化培养活动。
The vocational normal education is the important period of the teachers' professional development. In this period, the role and the professional structure of the normal students should be defined. The professional development should be carried out from both the theory learning and the skill training.
