摘要
全球化的市场竞争,使采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国企业的必要选择。但广东中小企业现行激励机制不健全、不完善,不能使员工充分地发挥工作的积极性和创造性。本文认为,广东中小企业必须根据企业的实际情况,运用多种激励机制,激发员工的工作热情,提高企业的效率,增强企业的综合竞争力。
It's necessary to adopt the incentive mechanism for employees in order to increase the core competence of enterprises, because of the global competition for market. But now the incentive mechanism, which adopted by private enterprise is not perfect and complete, and doesn't helpful for bring the full play to initiative and creation of the employee. In this article's opinion, private enterprise must adopt diversified incentive mechanism to arouse the full of enthusiasm for employee' s work, raise the efficiency of enterprise, and strengthen comprehensive competitiveness
