摘要
本文在分析高校高层次人才工作满意度影响因素的基础上,提出各因素影响力的大小受个人需要、工作环境等条件的制约。提高高层次人才工作满意度的对策是因人而异、因校而异、有针对性地解决关键问题。
Based on the analysis of high-level talent factors affecting job satisfaction, this article suggests the factors influence are interacted by some conditions such as individual needs and working environment. So dealing key issues from person to person, school to school is the response answer.
