摘要
目标管理教学法"以学生为本"的教学风格和管理学中的"目标管理法"为指导,利用多种教育学和教育心理学理论,让学生参与到应用型课程教学的目标设置、方法选择、任务实施与反馈评估中来,培育和激发学生学习的动机,依靠学生自我管理来提高应用型课程教学的效果与质量。本文对该方法的设计与应用进行了探讨。
Task-based approach is based upon student-centered and guided by the principle of task management, pedagogy and psycho-pedagogy. Students are allowed participate in the teaching of applied causes, such as task-setting, approach-choosing, task-carrying-out and feedback evaluation by strengthening their motivation and self-management in order to improe teaching achievements. The author discusses the desgn and application of the reform.
