摘要
目的用两种方法测定硫酸庆大霉素颗粒剂的生物效价,并对结果进行分析。方法采用管碟法,用两种培养基测定效价;采用浊度法,以一剂量法测定线性、二剂量法测定效价。结果管碟法测得的效价分别为127.2%和104.0%;浊度法测得的抗生素线性范围为0.16～0.39μg/mL,二剂量法测得的效价为97.2%。结论采用浊度法测定效价,影响因素较少,结果较准确。
Objective To determine the content determination of gentamycin sulfate granules by two methods, and to analyse the results. Methods Two kinds of culture mediums was used in cylinder- plate assay. The standard curve assay and two- level assay were used in turbidimetric assay. Results The results were 127.2% and 104. 0% in cylinder- plate assay. The linear range was 0. 16-0. 39 μg/mL in turbidimetric assay. The result was 97.2% by two- level assay. Conclusion The complication of influence is more little by using turbidimetric assay, and the results of the method is accurate.
