摘要
目的探讨用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸左旋咪唑片含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.025mol/L枸橼酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至4.0±0.05)-乙腈(80∶20),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果标准曲线的线性范围为10~100μg/mL,r=0.99999,平均回收率为99.7%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法准确、可靠,可用于盐酸左旋咪唑片的含量测定。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of levamisole hydrochloride tablets. Methods Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was used. The operating conditions were Kromasil C18 column, 0.025 mol/L citric acid (adjusted pH to 4.0 ±0. 05 by triethylamine)-acetorutrile (80:20) as mobile phase with flow rate 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 230 nm. Results The linear range of the calibration curve of levamisole hydrochloride was 10 - 100 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 99. The average recovery rate was 99. 7% (n =6). Conclusion The method is accurate, realiable and can be used for determination of levamisole hydrochloride tablets.
