摘要
通过双因子试验设计研究不同生根促进剂及不同浓度处理对互叶白千层插穗扦插生根的影响;研究了不同插穗下切口型对扦插生根的影响。结果表明,互叶白千层嫩枝以ABT-1号700 mg.kg-1处理插穗生根率高,生根数多且生根长;不同插穗下切口型以双削面生根率最高,达96.5%。
Through double factors experimental design, the effects of different rooting accelerators, concentrations treated with cuttings Melaleuca alternifolia on rooting were studied. The results show that the rooting rate is high, rooting number is large and the rooting is in long length with the treatment of No. 1 ABT at the concentrations of 700 mg· kg^-1 to cutting seedlings. Roofing rate with double paring shows the best in the compare experiment among different undercutting methods.
