摘要
主要研究了化学成分、连铸中包过热度、热处理制度对材料组织和性能的影响。控制[C]+[N]为0.02%-0.03%是适宜的。通过减少连铸中包过热度,有效抑制柱状晶的长大,防止铸坯产生裂纹。通过不同热处理对比试验确定了最佳热处理工艺,退火温度为840℃±10℃,保证了成品板材具有较好的综合性能。
Effect of chemical composition, superheat of metal in tundish and heat treatment on microstruture and property of steel was studied. The steel contain 0. 02% ~ 0. 03 % carbon and nitrogen is suitable. By decreasing superheat of metal in tundish, the expansion of columnar zone is limited and the crack of slab is prevented. The optimum heat treatment system is identified by the contrast test in different heat treatment system. When the annealing temperature is 840℃±10℃,the finished steel plate has excellent comprehensive properties.
