摘要
介绍了年产10 000 t高锰钢大型锤头的车间设计过程。设计采用2台HX-5电弧炉熔炼、1台LF-15钢包精炼炉精炼,V法造型生产高锰钢大型锤头,配有1套20 t/h干砂处理系统,铸件无损探伤采用X光探伤仪,设计采用两班平行工作制年产10 000 t高锰钢铸件。同时介绍了如何保证钢水质量、造型质量等,分析了V法造型工艺的主要特点,阐述了砂处理的工艺流程。
A vacuum seal molding line was planned to produce the large manganese steel hammer, with two HX-5 electric are furnaces, one LF - 15 ladle refining furnace, a set of 20t/h dry sand preparation system and X - ray flaw detector for nondestructive inspection of casting, producing ten thousand tons manganese steel casting per year in the double shift parallel working. In this paper how to ensure liquid steel and molding quality was introduced and so on, the vacuum seal molding technology characteristics was analyzed, the sand preparation flow was expatiated.
