摘要
为确定区域水资源合理配置各评价指标的权重、有效处理区域水资源分配过程中的模糊性和随机性,提出了基于信息熵原理的模糊模式识别模型与基于加速遗传算法的模糊层次分析法相耦合,进行各子区域水资源量合理配置的新模型(EFPR-FAHP)。结果说明:用EFPR-FAHP进行水资源合理配置,数学物理概念明确,方法简明、通用,计算结果客观、合理,在区域水资源和环境管理中具有推广应用价值。
The problem of the Reasonable allocation of water resources to region is how to determine weights of evaluation indexes with reason, and how to effectively deal with fuzziness and randomness existing in the allocation process of region water resources, which can reflect the principles of efficiency, equity, difference and sustaining development. In order to solue this problem, a fuzzy pattern recognition model based on information entropy princinetic algorithm, which formed a new model, named EFPR-FAHP for allocation of water resources to region. The result showed that as a general allocation method for regional water resources with distinct concept of mathematics and physics, EFPR-FAHP is concise and general, its computation result is objective and reasonable, so it can be widely applied in many management of regional water resources and environment.
