摘要
针对锥面风挡玻璃的加工过程中关键的受拉弯曲阶段,提出了一种新的成型控制方法,建立了该控制方法的三维模型,并由此获得了准确的成型算法。推导出了钢绳的牵拉位移与玻璃弯曲形成的包角以及钢绳牵拉速度与弯曲的角速度之间的函数关系,为具体成型过程的控制提供了依据。该方法能够有效保证成形的位置精度、加工速度和玻璃前后两端弯曲形成的包角同步。通过与旧的成型方法及其算法的比较,进一步说明了本方法的优点。该方法在实际的加工成型系统中得到了应用和验证。
Considering the pivotal period that a glass plate is being bent to tapered windscreen, a new forming method and a 3D model for this method was presented, and an accurate forming algorithm was introduced. Two functional relationships, one is between the cable' s pulling displacement and the bended Plexiglas' s wrap angle, the other is between angular speed and cable' s pulling speed, were deduced to control the forming process. In this model, the position accuracy, foming speed and the synchronization of two sides' wrap angles can be definitely ensured. This method was proved in practical forming system.
