摘要 文章在反思一统化师训范式弊端的基础上,提出了师本培训的新理念,阐述了其基本内涵、特征、实施途径和方法,认为新课程背景下师本培训颇有借鉴意义。 on the basis of reflecting on the disadvantages of the unified paradigm of the teachers' training, the article puts forward to some new concepts about the teachers' training, explains their basic connotation, characteristics, applying ways and methods and holds that the teacher-based training has some synergistic aspect and significance in the background of the new curriculum.
