摘要
在教师培训中,存在着研究者和实践者之间相互抱怨、培训效果差的困境。部分原因是研究者没有把自己宣讲的理论置于实践者的情境中,没有研究自己与理论的关系。理论与实践各有自己的优势范围,两者之间应该保持距离,相互从对方那里汲取力量,看到并修正自己的不足。抽象概念必须与具体的个体存在相联系,否则就会歪曲实际的生活。理论必须在个人生活中找到根基才能起到解放的作用。
In the in-service training of teachers, the researchers and teachers often accuse each other for the failure of the training. The phenomenon is partly because researchers haven't put their theory into the teachers' context and they haven't studied their relationship with their theory. Theory and practice have their respective advantage, so they should keep a certain distance each other and get power from each other so as to learn from each other. The abstract concepts must link with a concrete individual, otherwise the actual life may be distorted. Only when theory finds foundation in the individual's life can it start an emancipatory process.
