537例边缘智力儿童心理咨询患者的诊断和行为问题特征分析

The characteristics of diagnosis and behavioral problem in 537 borderline intelligence children

目的了解边缘智力的儿童心理咨询就诊者诊断转归Achenbach儿童行为量表（CBCL）行为特征。方法对上海心理咨询中心98年12月成立至05年11月止所有少儿病例中筛选出韦氏智测界于70-84的儿童为研究对象进行统计分析，对于测试过CBCL的患儿将其结果和正常常模对照分析。结果1．该类患儿（心理咨询）诊断以多动症（50．84％）及学习困难（27．75％）、情绪障碍（5．40％）等为主。2．各年龄／性别段CBCL因子分异常率各不相同。3．CBCL得分和常模对照，除个别因子外均有极显著差异。结论了解该类患儿诊断及CBCL特征，利于家长、临床工作者对他们早期预防、早发现、早治疗。

Objective： To explore the diagnosis , prognosis and behavioral feature with Child Behaviour Checklist （CBCL） in children with borderline intelligence who had come to mental counseling for help. Methods： All the information had been analyzed for those clients who met the criteria and had come for help from December 1998 to November 2005 at Shanghai Mental Counseling Center. The different scores of CBCL between children with borderline intelligence and children with normal intelligence were compared. Results：l. The diagnosis of these children with borderline intelligence was dominated by hyperactivity （50. 84% ）, diflqculties in learning（27 . 75% ）, emotional problems （5.4%）and so on. 2. The incident rate of abnormal score in CBCL factor varied between age and gender. 3. Compared with the norm of CBCL, the children with borderline intelligence had significantly different scores except in few factors. Conclusion：It is meaningful to explore the diagnosis, prognosis and feature in CBCL of children with borderline intelligence for the parents and doctors to acquire early prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
