摘要
介绍了浅地坑式卸煤系统的设计特点及应用效果,对投产初期遇到的问题及进行的技术改造措施做了详述。系统卸车能力从改造前平均4节车皮/h提高到9节车皮/h,卸车最大能力可达13节车皮/h。系统能满足一次对23节车皮的卸车要求,与传统设计的深地坑相比,投资少、效益高。
The design feature and application effect of shallow pit coal unloading system is described in
the paper, and the problems occurred at the beginning of commissioning and technical modification measures taken are detailed. The system unloading capacity is increased from 4 cars/h to 9 cars/h, the max.unloading capacity can be reached up to 13 cars/h. The system can meet the requirement of unloading 23 cars once, compared to conventionally designed deep pit, it has the advantages of less investment and good effect.
