肺移植的研究进展与展望

Progress and Outlook of Lung Transplantation

对于终末期肺部疾病患者,肺移植是唯一有效的治疗方法。本文总结了近几年肺移植的现状及研究进展,包括受体的适应证和禁忌证、供肺保存、术后管理及并发症的防治等。

For the patients of terminal pulmonary diseases, the lung transplantation is the only effective treatment. This paper summarizes the circumstances and progress of lung transplantation in recent years,including the indications and contraindications of donee, the preservation of the donor＇ s lung, the management after operation, the prophylaxis and treatment of the complications, etc.
