HLA-B27与强直性脊柱炎的免疫生物学发病机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 脊柱关节炎(spondyloarhritis,SpA)是一组临床特征相似、均不同程度地与HLA—B27相关、发病机制互相关联的疾病,包括强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)、反应性关节炎(reactive arthritis,ReA)、炎症性肠病相关关节炎、银屑病关节炎、幼年脊柱关节炎和未分化脊柱关节病(undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy,uSpA)。AS是SpA的原型,与HIA—B27关系最密切。1973年Schlosstein和Brewerton分别报道了HIA—B27与AS发病显著关联.
