The region around Tarim was an excessive folk cultural region from the old history and nowadays still keeps the developing trend of cultural diversity. Western exploitation makes cultural transition the inevitable currency. During the course of the transition ,we must deal with the relationship of economic development and cultural development, folk cultural exploitation and protection.
