This paper reported the experiences of nutrition support oof postoperative esophageal- gastric anastomosis fistulas for seopliagus carcinoma in 1 4cases.Nine cas- es(6 4.2 % ) were cured,5 cases died.TPN were used in 4cases of cervical fistulas for 3～ 4weeks.TPN or PN+ EN were used in 1 0 cases of thoracic fistulas for 1～ 1 4 months,among them 4cases with severe infection were cured by chest wall debride- ment.
