学校教师的心理契约管理探析

摘要 心理契约是员工和组织之间存在的非经济形式的一种隐性期望,本文详细的介绍了心理契约的国内外研究,指出了教师心理契约的形成对学校组织提高教育教学管理水平的重要作用,在此基础上总结了影响教师和学校组织之间心理契约达成的因素,并尝试构建教师心理契约的管理模式,以期为学校组织行为管理提供科学依据。
