夹脊电针加赵氏正骨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

The Clinical Study of Jiaji Electro-Acupuncture in Combination With Zhao's Spinal Manipulation in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨颈夹脊电针加赵氏正骨手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:运用颈夹脊电针加赵氏正骨手法综合治疗与用中西药物扩管、营养治疗进行对照,观察患者治疗前后眩晕症状评分和TCD的变化,并在治疗过程中进行有效的护理干预。结果:颈夹脊电针加赵氏正骨手法综合治疗组在眩晕症状评分和椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)都较对照组有显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:夹脊电针加赵氏正骨手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病及护理干预有较好的疗效。

Objective： To study the effect of Jiaji electro-acupuncture in combination with Zhao＇s spinal manipulation in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis. Method.. Ninety patients with cervical vertigo were treated, in which 57 patients used Jiaji electro-acupuncture in combination with Zhao＇s spinal manipulation, the others used western medicine as control group , cervical vertigo symptoms and functions scores and TCD data were evaluated. All patients with nursing care. Results： It was better in the score of cervical vertigo symptoms and functions and TCD Data in the Jiaji electro -acupuncture in combination with Zhao＇s spinal manipulation group than that in control group. Conclusion.. Jiaji electro-acupuncture in combination with Zhao＇s and nuring care is an effective mehtod to treat cervical vertigo.
