关于后发优势与中国中部地区工业化的思考

Considerations on Advantages of Late-Development with the Chinese Middle-Area Industrialization

拟从后发优势的视角,在分析我国中部地区工业化水平现状的基础上,对中部地区加快工业化进程、实现中部崛起进行了思考与探索。认为要加快工业化进程、实现中部地区的崛起,必须充分发挥后发优势,以大开放为主线,以培育和提高学习能力为核心,以加强技术创新为着力点,以加快改革和制度创新为动力,坚定不移地走新型工业化道路。

This paper tries to put forward the strategies and advices on realizing the Chinese Middle-area rise and promoting the industrialization processes from the perspective of advantages of late-development and on the base of evaluating the level of the Middle-area＇s industrialization. The result shows that,in order to promote the Middle-area＇s industrialization processes and realize its rise, the Middle-area must make the best of advantages of late-development and should take enlarging opening as the primary line, take fostering and improving the learning ability as the core, take strengthening the in-draught of technology and innovation as the key point, and take speeding up reforms and institutional innovations as the motivation, and should insistently carry out the way of neo-type industrialization.
