摘要
通过分析动态程环境下产品响应力的战略管理意义,从程幼明构建的产品的响应力评价指标,引入产品的响应力的一种评价模式;并基于“差异驱动”的客观赋权法——熵值法,对产品响应力进行了综合评价。最后通过实证研究,综合评价了四家生产某类产品企业的产品响应力的大小。
In the paper we analyse the value of productive reponsiveness in strategy management through the dynamic circumstances and then introduce a new pattern of evaluation in the homogeous productive responsiveness by utilizing the targets of productive responsiveness made by Cheng you-ming, In the process, through "differentia-driven"analytic hierarchy process method- entropy method,comprehensively evaluating the productive responsiveness.Finally,comprehesively evaluating the productive responsiveness in the demonstration study of four coporations.
