摘要
传统的物流配送绩效评估不能适应物流企业发展的需要,本文通过引入平衡记分卡和层次分析法,建立起有效的物流绩效评估体系。平衡记分卡包括财务、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与发展这四个方面的内容,每个方面都包含一系列的定性或定量指标,将这些指标分为不同层次,构造层次结构模型,通过两两比较判断矩阵和一致性检验等方法和步骤,得出各指标的相对权重。从而,在物流绩效评估实际操作时将避免主观因素可能带来的偏差,评估结果将更为全面、准确、客观。
As the fact that the conventional logistics delivery performance appraisal can't meet the need of the development of logistics companies, this paper recommends you a new system. It is an effective logistics delivery performance appraisal including the Balanced Scorecard and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The Balanced Scorecard consists of the following four aspects: finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. Each aspect contains a series of qualitative or quantitative indexes, which can be divided into different levels. Through the methods of twain-comparing-judging-matrix and consistency inspection based on a hierarchy model, we obtain the comparative weight of every index. Thus, we can avoid the deviation which the subjective factor will bring possibility when actual operation is carried out during the logistics delivery performance appraisal. So we can expect a more comprehensive, accurate and objective result.
