本文首先阐述了公路运输业发展现代物流的必要性,然后,在分析中国的物流需求的基础上,着重讨论了公路运输业向现代物流拓展转型的可行性,并对我国公路运输业发展物流提出了几点建议。

The paper first analyses the necessity of road freight industry developing logistics service. Then the author focuses on discussion of the possibility and feasibility for the Chinese road freight industry to develop logistics service based on the analysis of the demand trend of the logistics service in China, at last suggestion is made for the road freight industry on developing logistics service.
