摘要
传统的保税仓、出口监管仓十多年以来作为我国出口、进口中保税物流的两种最重要的模式在经济发展和对外贸易中扮演着十分重要的角色。但是随着我国加入WTO,大力发展对外贸易,保税仓、出口监管仓已经不能适合大通关、快速通关、国际配送和中转等现代国际物流的发展,所以,国家开始整合保税仓、出口监管仓的功能,提出了三种层次、六种模式的保税物流体系。本文主要针对海关的保税物流体系,分析了现在热门的保税物流中心、保税物流园区之间的异同点以及它们相互之间的联系。
The traditional bonded zones and warding zones can＇t fit modem logistics＇ development. In this paper, we give clear definition about 6 types of the special warding zones in customs bonded logistics system and then we analyse the difference between this 6 types zones. Finally we make some suggestion and future developing way about the customs bonded logistics system.
