我国航空军品供应链中的不确定因素预防策略研究

Study on the Preventive Strategies for Supply Chain Indeterminate Factors

针对航空军品供应链的特点,将不确定性因素管理理论应用于我国航空军品供应领域,逐一分析供应链上每个环节可能出现的不确定性因素,给出相应的预防策略以减少不确定性因素可能对航空军品供应带来的不利影响。

Based on analysing the characteristics of military aviation products,this paper bring the management theory of supply chain indetermination factors to the military aviation field of China, detach whole supply chain into five sections ： requirement, design ,purchase,manufacture and after service. One by one we analyse all indeterminate factors possibly appearing in each section, and give homologous preventive strategies,to reduce the risk in the military aviation product supply chain.
