With the constant promotion of Chinese enterprises' management and technology advantage, a proportion of Chinese enterprises entering overseas market are in tune with the times. Chinese enterprises' internationalization strategy choices are: selecting target market in demand-oriented; cooperating with overseas businessman; using progressively propel strategy to enter overseas market; to be listed abroad directly; participating international competition using niche strategy.
