Analysis of A New Way for the SME Financing——"Angel Investment"

中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和社会发展有着重要意义。一方面,中小企业在我国国民经济中发挥着重要作用,另一方面中小企业的融资问题却已经严重限制了它的发展。通过对“天使投资”与中小企业的特征对比分析,探讨了运用“天使投资”解决中小企业融资难问题的可行性。

SMEs are an important component of the national economy, and have great significance for economic and social development. On one hand, SMEs play an important role in China＇s national economy, the other is that the financing of SMEs has seriously restricted its development. Based on comparative analysis of the characteristics of angel investment for the small and medium-sized enterprises, paper discusses the use of angel investment on the feasibility of solving the problem of financing SMEs.
