运输企业向第三方物流企业转型的评价研究

Evaluation of Transferring Transportation Corporation to the Third Party Logistics Company

本文分析了传统运输企业向第三方物流企业转型的必要性,根据国家公布的运输型物流企业评估指标体系,采用AHP法对企业转型进行了评价,评价结果表明,运输企业在向第三方物流企业转型过程中应注重管理、发展客户以及加强人才储备。

The necessity of transferring transportation corpora- tion to the third party logistics company is analyzed in the paper, and in the process of evaluation, the AHP is employed according to the evaluation index system to logistics company which is presented by government. The result indicates that the company should attach much importance to management, developing clients and strengthening talents repertory in the course of transferring.
