An analysis about the connotation, characteristics and component factors of third-party logistics provider＇s logistics capabilities is made. Above that, we put forward that the third-party logistics provider＇s logistics capabilities should be involved logistics factor capability, logistics management capability, logistics service capability, logistics creation capability and logistics programming capability. Furthermore, we discusses the connotation and evaluation indexes of each capability.
