The paper focusing on the industry chain of laying hens of Guantao county Heibei province from the angle of MSC and logistics, analyses its logistics system of laying hens in the county in detail, and brings forward four changes in the coordinating of the supply chain. Finally, the paper sums up four misunderstandings in the construction of the logistics in China especially in country.
