摘要
对进行核心员工的特性分析,结合心理契约和目标激励理论,提出了基于目标导向的心理契约型核心员工激励模型。本激励模型以目标为导向,激励核心员工的行为,最终实现核心员工和组织的共同目标。
This paper analyzes the feature of core employee, combinating psychological contract and incentive theory, and puts forward psychological contract scale incentive model based on aim and for the core employee. It is illustrates the designed incentive model from the orientation of aim,the model of the incentive core employee's behavior is given. It realizes core employee's aims and organize aims in the end.
