摘要
利用加权算术平均的方法将专家咨询和模糊一致矩阵评价方法相结合,建立了高等级公路全线路侧景观对交通安全影响的综合评价模型。通过对吉林省“安二”公路的实证研究,验证了本方法的可行性和有效性。
A comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the effects of the roadside landscape along a whole high-level road on the traffic safety by the combination of the expert consultation and the fuzzy consistent matrix using the weighted arithmatic mean method.. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model was validated by evaluating "After Road" of Jilin province, China.
