弯曲成型非球面磨具误差分析

摘要 针对高速研磨加工中使用的弯曲成型法非球面磨具的变形特点,分析了磨具在弯矩作用下产生的弯曲变形,指出磨具高度对磨具成形误差影响较大,磨具宽度对其影响较小。通过实际算例得出结论:计算磨具弯曲变形误差时,将磨具宽度取为变量,磨具高度取为常量,可便于加工和检测,从而保证加工精度。 The bending deformation of the aspherical bending lapping tool under the action of bending moment was analyzed according to its deformation feature in high speed lapping process. It was shown that the influence of the height of the lapping tool on its bending error is more significant than the influence of the width. A case study was carried out, which shows that in the calculation of the bending error it is convenient to take the width of the lapping tool as a variable and the height as a constant. In such way the bending error of the lapping tool can be reduced and the accuracy can be improved.
