本文着眼未来我军通用装备供应链管理实施战略的发展,提出了通用装备供应链管理实施战略规划的依据,并通过构建通用装备供应链管理实施战略规划研讨厅,给出了实施战略规划的具体方法。

This thesis based on the development of universal equipment SCM in the future, gives the reliance to formulate the strategic planning. Then by establishing the workshop hall of meta-synthetic engineering gives the methods for strategic planning of universal equipment SCM.
