珠三角纺织行业物流发展现状、问题及其对策研究

Research on the Present Development Conditions, Problems and Countermeasures of Logistics in the Textile Industry in Pearl River Delta

珠三角是中国最大的服装生产加工基地、纺织品服装贸易集聚和批发中心,拥有大量的纺织行业民营企业和一定数量的大型企业。随着后配额时代的来临,珠三角纺织工业发展面临更多的挑战与机遇。本文对珠三角地区纺织行业物流发展现状、存在问题进行了分析,并结合珠三角纺织产业物流发展需求,指出必须通过加强纺织集群间合作、推动纺织企业物流共同化、使用物流外包、采用纺织行业电子商务物流和建立自动化仓库提升企业生产效率等方式来发展和提升珠三角地区的纺织行业,并增强其在国际纺织行业市场核心地位与竞争力。

Pearl River Delta（PRD）is the largest base of clothes processing, the center of clothes gathering and wholesale as well, containing large group of private enterprises and a number of large corporations. As time of post-quota period comes, the textile industry in PRD is facing increasing challenges and opportunities. This article analyses the development and the problems of the textile industry in PRD. Connecting with demand of the local logistics, it points out that the textile industry in PRD should strengthen the cooperation of textile industrial clusters, promote the integrated logistics, use the logistics outsourcing; make use of E-commerce of textile industry and build up the automatic warehouse which aims at developing its efficiency, strengthening the competitiveness and the core status of international textile industry.
