摘要
线性压缩机由直线电机驱动,由于无曲轴连杆机构,系统的运动规律及控制和传统压缩机有很大不同。根据动圈式线性压缩机的机械系统模型,得到空载系统的传递函数。运用Matlab软件对控制系统的稳定性、时域、频域等特性进行分析。系统的仿真结果表明,空载的线性压缩机总体上是稳定的,但是它的超调量过大,需要进行调节。
The linear compressor is driven by a linear motor. Because it has no crankcase, the movement and the control of linear compressor are differing from that of the traditional compressor. For the linear compressor with moving coil, system transfer function of no live load is obtained by modeling of the mechanism. At the meantime stability, time,frequency of control system is analyzed with Matlab software. By the result of emulation, the linear compressor is stable, but the overshoot is over, it must be adjusted, it can supply the theory base for the design of control system.
