Nowadays the trend of !iberalization of international service trade has already become powerful tendency of the day. Under this background, how to open service industry in to seize the opportunity, and how to protect it to evade the risk appropriately, all these are problems demanding prompt solution. The paper firstly analyzes the impact of liberalization of international service trade on China＇s service industry and service trade, then proposes the mode, principle and suggestions on how to realize China＇s openingup to the outside world in the field of service industry.
