非营利组织在我国的发展取得了一些成绩,但在管理中还存在一些不可忽视的问题。文中试从政府管理、自我管理和监督机制三个方面分析我国非营利组织的管理现状,并对其可持续发展提出几点对策建议。
The development of Non-profit Organizations has obtained some achievement in China, but some problems that can＇t be ignored exist in its management. The article will analyze the actuality in the management of Non-profit Organization from government＇s management, self-management and supervisory mechanism. And it will propose some countermeasures to its continuable development.
