摘要 本文提出一种适用于10~35t/h中小型电站、工业锅炉控制的通用软件包。该软件与我所研制的NGR-Ⅰ锅炉控制系统的硬件配套,可灵活地对4~8个回路进行闭环控制,构成廉价、可靠的通用锅炉控制系统。用户只要掌握CWFIF组态语言的使用,无须编程即可构成符合要求的控制系统。 1 软件结构为便于组态、扩展和调试,该软件以模块化原则设计。整个软件包由以下模块组成: ·CWFIF组态模块:以菜单和填表相结合的方式实现系统组态和参数整定。 A general purpose software for small and medium sized boiler control and its design features are presented. The two control system configuration methods, configuration words input and fill in the form are combined to form a new configuration—tool Configuration Word Driven Fill In the Form (CWFIF). It makes the system configuration highly flexible and easy to learn. A new fault diagnostic and error tolerance method based on the concept of 'Expanded Control System' is adopted in the system, whieh makes a DDC system highly reliable while the hardware redundance is limited. The software has been successfully applied to several small and medium sized industry and power plant boilers.
