摘要
提出了以“需求控制能力”区别供应链团队中两类企业的观点。在内生监督机制下,运用委托-代理理论分析两类企业间的委托权安排问题(在供应链团队中委托权的分配主要是利益分配),以及三种不同内生监督机制对实现团队绩效最大化的影响。
This essay present the point of view of using the theory of "demand controlling ability" to differentiate two kind of enterprises in the supply-chain group. In the precondition of the mechanism of endogenetic supervise, we use principal-agent theory to analyze the arrangement of principalship between the two kinds of enterprises, and how the three kinds of different supervising mechanism work on the maximization of group performance.
